All products sold are non-refundable, Roxanna offers store credits only for purchases made on our website.
Before you send your order back to us, you must request a return authorisation number by emailing email@example.com. Make sure you include your order number and reason for return in the email.
Conditions of a Return
Items must be returned in their original condition, unworn, unwashed or used in any way, swing tags must also be attached. An evaluation of the product will be conducted prior to issuing a store credit. You are entitled to an exchange within 10 days of your purchase for a store credit only, minus original shipping charges.
Store credits will be issued within 5 business days upon Roxanna receiving the item/s. Store credits are final sale. Once a store credit has been issued, it will be valid for six months. Following, you will receive an email with the details of your processed return.
We do not reimburse for return/exchange shipping. Roxanna is not responsible for any shipping costs related to exchanges or for any loss of items during shipping. We recommend you ship via a tracked shipping method to ensure the parcel reaches us safely.
Discounted, sale items and promotional codes.
We do NOT accept returns on sale or promo code items. All items that have been discounted, purchased on sale or via use of a promotional code are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged.
After your order has been made, it is quality checked, in the unlikely case that a mistake has been missed and you receive a faulty item, please email firstname.lastname@example.org and we will promptly assist to resolve the issue.
Returns are not offered for custom orders.
